It offers a drain-source breakdown voltage of -30V and a continuous drain current of -0.58A at 25°C ambient temperature. The device features low on-resistance of 0.9Ω maximum at Vgs=-10V and 1.7Ω maximum at Vgs=-4.5V, enabling efficient switching in DC-DC converters and power management functions.
