The DMP31D0U-7 is a P-Channel enhancement mode MOSFET from Diodes Incorporated designed for low on-resistance and fast switching. It features a maximum drain-source voltage of 30V and a continuous drain current of 530mA at 25°C on a minimum pad layout, or 670mA on a standard pad layout.
On-resistance is specified at multiple gate drive voltages: 1Ω maximum at Vgs=-4.5V, 1.5Ω at Vgs=-2.5V, and 2Ω at Vgs=-1.8V, enabling operation from low-voltage logic signals. The device includes ESD protection on the gate and has a low gate threshold voltage of 1.1V maximum.
The MOSFET is housed in a SOT-23-3 surface mount package with matte tin annealed terminals. It is fully RoHS compliant, lead-free, halogen-free, and qualified to AEC-Q101 standards for automotive reliability. Moisture sensitivity is Level 1 per J-STD-020.
