The DMP3105LVT-7 is a 30V P-Channel enhancement mode MOSFET designed by Diodes Incorporated. It features a low on-state resistance of 75mΩ (maximum) at VGS=-10V and ID=4.2A, and 98mΩ at VGS=-4.5V. The device supports a continuous drain current of 3.1A at TA=25°C (per Note 5) and up to 3.9A under alternate test conditions (Note 6). Pulsed drain current capability reaches 20A.
