The DMP3085LSD-13 is a dual P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET designed to minimize on-state resistance while maintaining superior switching performance. It is ideal for high efficiency power management applications such as backlighting, DC-DC converters, and general power management functions.
Key electrical specifications include a drain-source voltage rating of 30V, continuous drain current of 3.9A at 25°C (3.1A at 70°C), and pulsed drain current capability of 20A. The device offers low on-resistance: 70mOhm maximum at VGS = -10V and 95mOhm maximum at VGS = -4.5V. It features a logic level gate drive with a maximum gate threshold voltage of 3V at ID = 250µA. Input capacitance is 563pF maximum, and gate charge is 11nC maximum.
The MOSFET is housed in an SO-8 (8-SOIC) surface mount package with a matte tin annealed over copper lead frame finish. It supports an operating junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. Thermal resistance from junction to ambient is 107°C/W steady state and 70°C/W for pulses under 10 seconds.
The device is fully RoHS3 compliant, lead-free, and halogen and antimony free (green device). Moisture sensitivity level is 1 per J-STD-020. Packaging is tape and reel with 2500 pieces per reel.
