The DMP3056L-7 is a 30V P-Channel enhancement mode MOSFET manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It is designed for high-efficiency power management applications with low on-state resistance and fast switching performance.
Key electrical specifications include a drain-source voltage of -30V, continuous drain current of -4.3A at 25°C (3.4A at 70°C), and pulsed drain current of -20A. The maximum on-resistance is 50mΩ at VGS=-10V and 70mΩ at VGS=-4.5V. Gate threshold voltage is -2.1V max at 250µA. The device features low input capacitance of 642pF and total gate charge of 11.8nC.
