DMP3028LSD-13

The DMP3028LSD-13 is a 30V dual P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET from Diodes Incorporated, designed for efficient power management. Key electrical specifications include a maximum drain-source voltage of 30V, continuous drain current of 6A at 25°C (7.4A for t<10s, 4.7A at 70°C), and pulsed drain current up to 30A. On-resistance is 25mΩ maximum at VGS=-10V and 38mΩ at VGS=-4.5V. Gate threshold voltage is 3V maximum at 250µA, gate charge is 10.9nC at 10V, and input capacitance is 1241pF at 15V. Power dissipation is 1.3W maximum, with an operating junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C.

The device is packaged in an 8-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm Width) surface mount package with a supplier device package of 8-SO. Termination finish is tin annealed over copper leadframe. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with a standard quantity of 2500 pieces per reel. The MOSFET is fully RoHS3 compliant, lead-free, and halogen and antimony free (green device). Moisture sensitivity level is 1 per J-STD-020.

Applications include DC-DC converters, power management functions, and load switch circuits. The part features low input capacitance, low on-resistance, and fast switching speed, making it suitable for high-efficiency designs. It is qualified to JEDEC standards for high reliability.
