The DMP3017SFG-13 is a 30V P-Channel enhancement mode MOSFET from Diodes Incorporated. It features a low on-resistance of 10mOhm at Vgs=-10V and 18mOhm at Vgs=-4.5V, enabling efficient power management. The device is designed for high efficiency applications such as backlighting, DC-DC converters, and general power management functions. It is housed in a compact PowerDI3333-8 surface mount package, which offers excellent thermal performance and occupies minimal board space.
