The DMP3015LSS-13 is a single P-Channel Enhancement Mode MOSFET manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It is designed for efficient power management with a drain-source breakdown voltage of -30V and continuous drain current rating of -13A at 25°C ambient temperature.
