The DMP3013SFV-7 is a P-Channel Enhancement Mode MOSFET designed for high-efficiency power management applications. It offers a drain-source voltage (Vdss) of -30V and a continuous drain current (Id) of -12A at TA=+25°C. The device achieves a maximum on-resistance (Rds(on)) of 9.5mΩ at Vgs=-10V and 17mΩ at Vgs=-4.5V, minimizing conduction losses.
This MOSFET is housed in a compact PowerDI3333-8 (Type UX) surface-mount package, which occupies only 33% of the board area of a standard SO-8 package, enabling higher density designs. The package is molded plastic with UL 94V-0 flammability rating and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1 (unlimited). The device is fully RoHS3 compliant, lead-free, and halogen/antimony-free ("Green").
Typical applications include backlighting, power management functions, and DC-DC converters. The gate is ESD protected, and the device supports drive voltages of -4.5V and -10V for flexible logic-level control.
