The DMP3010LPS-13 is a new generation 30V P-Channel enhancement mode MOSFET from Diodes Incorporated, designed to minimize on-resistance while maintaining superior switching performance. It offers a maximum drain-source voltage (BVDSS) of 30V and a continuous drain current of 36A at Vgs = -10V and Ta = 25°C. The on-resistance is as low as 7.5 mOhm at Vgs = 10V and 10 mOhm at Vgs = 4.5V, reducing conduction losses. With input capacitance of 6234 pF and total gate charge of 126.2 nC, it supports efficient switching.
The MOSFET is ideal for battery power management in notebooks, DC-DC converters, and load switch applications. It includes ESD HBM protection up to 1kV. The device is housed in a PowerDI5060-8 (8-PowerTDFN) surface mount package with a compact profile under 1.1mm, suitable for thin applications. It weighs approximately 0.097 grams and features 100% matte tin annealed terminals over a copper leadframe, with a green molding compound rated UL 94V-0.
This component is RoHS3 compliant, lead-free, halogen and antimony free, and meets moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020. An automotive-compliant variant (DMP3010LPSQ) is available separately. Operating junction temperature ranges from -55°C to 150°C. Standard packaging is 2,500 units per tape and reel.
