The DMP3007SCG-7 is a 30V P-Channel enhancement mode MOSFET from Diodes Incorporated, designed to minimize on-state resistance while maintaining superior switching performance. It features a maximum drain-source voltage of -30V and a continuous drain current of -50A at 25°C, with a low on-resistance of 6.8mΩ at VGS = -10V and 13mΩ at VGS = -4.5V.
