The DMP2225L-7 is a P-Channel enhancement mode MOSFET from Diodes Incorporated designed for high efficiency power management applications. It features low on-resistance and low input capacitance for fast switching performance.
Key electrical specifications include a drain-source voltage of 20V, continuous drain current of 2.6A at 25°C, and a maximum on-resistance of 110mOhm at Vgs=4.5V and 225mOhm at Vgs=2.5V. The gate threshold voltage is 1.25V maximum, and the gate charge is 5.3nC at 4.5V.
