The DMP2160U-7 is a P-Channel enhancement mode MOSFET designed for high-efficiency power management applications. It features a maximum drain-source voltage of 20V and a continuous drain current rating of 3.3A at 25°C ambient. The device provides low on-resistance of 75mΩ at VGS=-4.5V and 140mΩ at VGS=-1.8V, enabling efficient switching with minimal conduction losses.
Key features include a very low gate threshold voltage (max 0.9V), low input capacitance (627pF at VDS=10V), and fast switching speed. The MOSFET is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive reliability, fully RoHS compliant, lead-free, and halogen-free. It is also MSL Level 1 rated for moisture sensitivity.
