DMP2120U-7

The DMP2120U-7 is a P-Channel enhancement mode MOSFET manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It is designed for high-efficiency power management applications, offering a drain-source voltage (BVDSS) of -20V and a continuous drain current of -3.8A at 25°C. The device features low on-resistance: 62mΩ at VGS=-4.5V and 90mΩ at VGS=-2.5V, which minimizes conduction losses. It also has low input capacitance (487pF at 20V) and fast switching speed, making it suitable for DC-DC converters and battery charging circuits.

The MOSFET is housed in a SOT23 surface-mount package, which is lead-free and RoHS compliant. The package is mold compound with UL 94V-0 flammability rating and moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020. The device is halogen- and antimony-free, designated as a 'Green' product.
