The DMP2104V-7 is a P-Channel enhancement mode MOSFET from Diodes Incorporated designed to minimize on-state resistance while maintaining superior switching performance. It is ideal for high efficiency power management applications such as backlighting, DC-DC converters, and motor control.
Key electrical specifications include a drain-source voltage rating of 20V, continuous drain current of -1.9A (steady state) or -2.1A (t≤5s), and pulsed drain current of -4.0A. The on-resistance is typically 150mOhm at Vgs=-4.5V and 200mOhm at Vgs=-2.5V. The gate threshold voltage is 1V maximum at 250µA drain current. Input capacitance is 320pF at Vds=16V.
