The DMP2045UQ-7 is a P-Channel enhancement mode MOSFET from Diodes Incorporated, designed for high efficiency power management applications. It offers a drain-source voltage rating of 20V and a continuous drain current of 4.3A at 25°C ambient temperature. The device features low on-resistance: 45mOhm maximum at Vgs=-4.5V, 58mOhm at Vgs=-2.5V, and 90mOhm at Vgs=-1.8V, enabling efficient switching and reduced conduction losses.
