The DMP2035U-7 is a P-Channel enhancement mode MOSFET from Diodes Incorporated. It features a maximum drain-source voltage of 20V and a continuous drain current of -4.9A at 25°C (VGS = -4.5V) or 3.6A at ambient temperature. The device offers low on-resistance of 35mΩ at VGS = 4.5V, enabling efficient power management. Gate threshold voltage is 1V maximum at 250µA, and input capacitance is 1610pF at VDS = 10V.
