The DMP2021UFDE-7 is a P-Channel Enhancement Mode MOSFET designed for high-efficiency power management applications. It offers a maximum drain-source voltage of 20V and a continuous drain current of 11.1A at 25°C. The device features a low on-resistance of 16mΩ at VGS = -4.5V and 22mΩ at VGS = -2.5V, enabling minimal conduction losses.
This MOSFET incorporates an ESD-protected gate and a low gate threshold voltage, enhancing robustness and ease of drive. It is housed in a compact U-DFN2020-6 (Type E) surface-mount package with a 0.6mm profile, making it suitable for space-constrained designs. The package is molded with green molding compound and has UL flammability rating 94V-0.
