DMP2008UFG-7 is a 20V P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET from Diodes Incorporated. It features low on-state resistance, with RDS(ON) of 8mΩ at VGS = -4.5V, and is rated for drain current up to 14A at +25°C. The device is designed for high efficiency power management applications, including load switches and power management functions.
The MOSFET is housed in the compact POWERDI3333-8 surface-mount package, which is thermally efficient and occupies only 33% of the board area of an SO-8 package. The package is molded with green molding compound and has matte tin terminals. It is moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020.
The component is totally lead-free, fully RoHS compliant, and halogen and antimony free. It is also qualified to AEC-Q101 standards for high reliability automotive applications.
