The DMP10H400SEQ-13 is a 100V P-Channel enhancement mode MOSFET from Diodes Incorporated, designed for automotive and general power management applications. It features a low gate drive voltage of 4.5V and 10V, with a maximum continuous drain current of 2.3A at 25°C ambient temperature or 6.0A at case temperature. The device offers a low input capacitance of 1239 pF and fast switching characteristics, with a maximum gate charge of 17.5 nC.
For power dissipation, the MOSFET supports up to 2W at ambient temperature and 13.7W at case temperature, with a maximum junction temperature of 150°C.
