The DMP1055UFDB-7 is a dual P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET designed for high efficiency power management applications. It features a maximum drain-source voltage of 12V and continuous drain current of 3.9A at 25°C. The device offers low on-resistance: 59mΩ at Vgs=-4.5V, 81mΩ at Vgs=-2.5V, and 115mΩ at Vgs=-1.8V. Input capacitance is 1028pF at Vds=6V, and gate charge is 20.8nC at Vgs=8V. The gate threshold voltage is 1V maximum at 250µA.
The MOSFET is housed in a compact U-DFN2020-6 surface mount package with a height of only 0.6mm. It is suitable for load switching, power management functions, and portable power adaptors. The device is ESD protected and operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C.
