The DMP1011LFV-7 is a P-Channel enhancement mode MOSFET from Diodes Incorporated, designed for high-efficiency power management applications. It features a drain-source voltage (Vdss) of 12V and a continuous drain current (Id) of 19A at case temperature 25°C. The device offers low on-resistance: 11.7mΩ maximum at Vgs=-4.5V and Id=-19A, and 18.6mΩ maximum at Vgs=-2.5V and Id=-15A.
