The DMN65D8LW-7 is an N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET from Diodes Incorporated, designed for low on-resistance and fast switching performance. It features a drain-source voltage rating of 60V and a continuous drain current of 300mA at 25°C. The device offers a maximum on-resistance of 3 Ohm at 10V gate drive and 4 Ohm at 5V, with a low gate threshold voltage of 2V. Input capacitance is 22 pF, and gate charge is 0.87 nC, enabling efficient switching in power management applications.
The MOSFET includes ESD protection up to 1kV (HBM) and is halogen-free, lead-free, and RoHS3 compliant.
