The DMN65D8L-7 is an N-channel enhancement-mode MOSFET from Diodes Incorporated designed for low on-resistance and efficient power management. It is rated for 60V drain-to-source voltage and can conduct up to 310mA continuous drain current at 25°C with a 10V gate drive. The device is available in a SOT-23-3 surface-mount package and operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C.
Maximum on-resistance is 3Ω at VGS=10V and 4Ω at VGS=5V, enabling 5V logic-level drive. Low gate threshold voltage, 22pF input capacitance, and 0.87nC gate charge support fast switching in compact circuits.
The part is supplied in a TO-236-3/SC-59/SOT-23-3 package with an Alloy 42 lead-frame and matte tin finish. It is RoHS3 compliant, lead-free, and halogen-free, and meets moisture sensitivity level 1. Standard tape and reel packaging contains 3,000 pieces.
