The DMN6140L-7 is a 60V N-Channel enhancement mode MOSFET designed for high efficiency power management. It features a low on-resistance of 140mOhm maximum at VGS=10V and 170mOhm at VGS=4.5V, enabling efficient switching and reduced conduction losses. The device supports a continuous drain current of 1.6A (steady state at TA=25°C) and up to 2.9A for short durations (t<10s).
