The DMN601DMK-7 is a dual N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET from Diodes Incorporated. It features a 60V drain-source voltage rating and a maximum continuous drain current of 510mA at 25°C. The device offers low on-resistance of 2.4 Ohms at VGS=10V and 4.0 Ohms at VGS=4V, making it suitable for low-voltage power management. The logic level gate threshold voltage (max 2.5V) allows direct drive from low-voltage logic. With a low gate charge of 0.304 nC and input capacitance of 50 pF, the MOSFET provides fast switching performance. It is ESD protected up to 2kV. The DMN601DMK-7 is housed in a compact SOT-26 surface mount package and is RoHS3 compliant, lead-free, and halogen-free. Operating temperature range is -55°C to +150°C.
