The DMN5L06KQ-7 is an N-Channel Enhancement Mode MOSFET from Diodes Incorporated. It is designed for low on-resistance and fast switching, suitable for load switch and level switch applications.
It features a maximum drain-source voltage of 50V and a continuous drain current of 300mA at 25°C, with pulsed current up to 800mA. The on-resistance is 2 ohms at Vgs=5V and 2.5 ohms at Vgs=2.5V. The gate threshold voltage is a maximum of 1V. The device is ESD protected up to 2kV.
