The DMN4026SK3-13 is a 40V N-Channel Enhancement Mode MOSFET from Diodes Incorporated. It is designed to minimize on-state resistance while maintaining superior switching performance, making it suitable for high efficiency power management applications.
This MOSFET features a continuous drain current of 28A at 25°C case temperature, with a maximum drain-source on-resistance of 24mΩ at VGS=10V and 32mΩ at VGS=4.5V. The gate threshold voltage is 3V maximum. It can handle pulsed drain currents up to 70A and has an avalanche energy rating of 17mJ.
The device is housed in a TO252 (DPak) surface mount package with matte tin plated terminals over a copper leadframe. It is rated for operation from -55°C to 150°C junction temperature. The package is moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020.
