The DMN3731U-7 is a 30V N-Channel enhancement mode MOSFET from Diodes Incorporated, designed to minimize on-state resistance while maintaining superior switching performance. It is ideal for high-efficiency power management applications such as load switches, portable devices, and general power management functions.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum drain-source voltage of 30V, continuous drain current of 0.9A at 25°C (0.7A at 70°C), and pulsed drain current up to 3A. The on-resistance is 460mOhm maximum at VGS=4.5V and 560mOhm at VGS=2.5V, enabling efficient low-voltage operation.
