The DMN3731U-13 is a 30V N-Channel enhancement mode MOSFET designed for efficient power management in portable and load-switching applications. It offers a maximum continuous drain current of 900mA at 25°C and a low on-resistance of 460mΩ at Vgs=4.5V, minimizing conduction losses.
This MOSFET is ESD protected and can be driven directly from a battery due to its low gate threshold voltage. It is fully RoHS compliant, halogen and antimony free, and rated for operating junction temperatures from -55°C to 150°C.
