The DMN2991UDA-7B is a dual N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET from Diodes Incorporated, designed for high-efficiency power management applications. It offers a drain-source voltage of 20V and a continuous drain current of 0.45A at 25°C. The device features very low on-resistance (990mΩ max at VGS=4.5V) and a low gate threshold voltage of 1V max, enabling low-voltage drive. It also has low input capacitance (21.5pF) and gate charge (350pC), supporting fast switching speeds.
This MOSFET is housed in an ultra-small X2-DFN0806-6 surface-mount package, measuring just 0.8mm x 0.6mm, making it ideal for space-constrained designs. The package material is UL 94V-0 rated, and the device is moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020. The leads are matte tin annealed over copper, solderable per MIL-STD-202.
