The DMN2044UCB4-7 is a N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET from Diodes Incorporated, designed for high-efficiency power management in space-constrained applications. It features a maximum drain-source voltage (Vdss) of 20V and a low on-resistance of 40mOhm at Vgs=4.5V (max). The continuous drain current is rated at 3.3A (TA=+25°C, 1-inch² copper pad, Note 5) and can reach 4.5A with a 0.5-inch² pad. Gate threshold voltage is 900mV max at Id=250µA. Total gate charge is 47nC and input capacitance is 1400pF, enabling efficient switching.
Packaged in the ultra-small 1.0mm x 1.0mm U-WLB1010-4 (Type B) surface mount package, it is supplied on tape and reel (3000 pcs).
