The DML3012LDC-7A is a single-channel N-channel high-side load driver designed for general purpose power distribution applications. It operates over a supply voltage range of 3V to 5.5V and delivers a typical on-resistance of 4.8 mOhm, enabling efficient power switching with minimal conduction losses.
The device integrates comprehensive fault protection including adjustable current limiting, over-temperature shutdown, short circuit protection, and under-voltage lockout (UVLO). Additional features include a power good output and slew rate controlled switching to reduce inrush current and EMI.
The DML3012LDC-7A is offered in a 12-lead V-DFN3030-12 Exposed Pad surface mount package (V-DFN3030-12 Type B), rated for operation from -40°C to 85°C ambient temperature. The interface is a simple On/Off control with non-inverting input.
