The DMG3418L-7 from Diodes Incorporated is an N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET designed for power management applications. It features a maximum drain-source voltage of 30 V and a continuous drain current of 4 A at 25°C ambient. The device offers a low on-resistance of 60 mOhm maximum at Vgs = 10 V and Id = 4 A, and 70 mOhm maximum at Vgs = 4.5 V and Id = 3 A, enabling efficient power switching. The gate threshold voltage is 1.5 V maximum at Id = 250 µA, and drive voltages of 2.5 V and 10 V are supported for optimized Rds(on).
