The DMG3415UQ-7 is a P-Channel enhancement mode MOSFET from Diodes Incorporated, designed to minimize on-state resistance while maintaining superior switching performance. It features a drain-source breakdown voltage of -20V and a continuous drain current of 4A at 25°C. The device offers low on-resistance: 42.5mOhm maximum at VGS = -4.5V and ID = 4A, and 71mOhm at VGS = -1.8V and ID = 2A. Input capacitance is 294pF typical, and gate charge is 9.1nC, enabling fast switching for high-efficiency power management.
This MOSFET is ESD protected up to 3kV and is qualified to AEC-Q101 standards for automotive applications. It is fully RoHS compliant, lead-free, and halogen and antimony free (green device).
