The DMG3414UQ-7 is an N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET from Diodes Incorporated designed for high-efficiency power management. It features a drain-source voltage rating of 20V and a continuous drain current of 4.2A at 25°C ambient temperature. The device offers low on-resistance of 25mΩ maximum at 4.5V gate drive, 29mΩ at 2.5V, and 37mΩ at 1.8V, enabling efficient operation across a wide drive voltage range.
The MOSFET has a gate threshold voltage of 900mV maximum at 250µA drain current, making it suitable for low-voltage logic level switching. Input capacitance is 829.9pF at 10V drain-source voltage, and gate charge is 9.6nC at 4.5V, supporting fast switching speeds. The device is qualified to AEC-Q101 for automotive applications and is PPAP capable.
