It is designed for DC-DC converters, power management functions, battery operated systems, and solid-state relays. The device offers low on-resistance of 52mΩ maximum at VGS=10V and ID=4A, 65mΩ at VGS=4.5V and ID=3A, and 85mΩ at VGS=2.5V and ID=2A. It supports a maximum drain current of 4A at TA=25°C and a maximum power dissipation of 1.4W. The gate threshold voltage is 1.4V maximum at ID=250µA.
