The DMG2305UX-7 is a P-Channel enhancement mode MOSFET designed for low on-state resistance and high switching performance. It is suitable for power management applications such as backlighting, DC-DC converters, and motor control.
With a drain-source voltage rating of 20V and continuous drain current of 4.2A at 25°C, this MOSFET offers a maximum on-resistance of 52mΩ at VGS=-4.5V and 100mΩ at VGS=-2.5V. The gate threshold voltage is 900mV max at 250µA drain current. Input capacitance is 808pF at Vds=15V, and gate charge is 10.2nC at Vgs=4.5V.
The device is housed in a standard SOT-23-3 surface-mount package, weighing approximately 0.009 grams. It is RoHS3 compliant, lead-free, and halogen-free, with MSL Level 1 moisture sensitivity. The terminals are matte tin annealed over a copper leadframe.
