The DMG2305UX-13 is a P-Channel Enhancement Mode MOSFET designed for efficient power management. It offers a drain-source voltage (Vdss) of 20V and a continuous drain current (Id) of 4.2A at 25°C. The device achieves a low on-resistance (Rds(on)) of 52mΩ maximum at VGS = -4.5V and Id = 4.2A, and 100mΩ at VGS = -2.5V and Id = 3.6A.
This MOSFET is optimized for high-efficiency power management applications such as DC-DC converters, backlighting, and motor control. It features low input capacitance (808pF at Vds = 15V) and fast switching speed, enabled by a low gate charge (10.2nC at VGS = 4.5V). The gate threshold voltage is 900mV maximum at Id = 250µA.
