The DMG2302U-7 is an N-Channel enhancement mode MOSFET from Diodes Incorporated. It features a maximum drain-source voltage of 20V and a continuous drain current of 4.2A at 25°C ambient. The device offers low on-resistance of 90 mΩ at 4.5V gate drive, low input capacitance of 594 pF, and fast switching with a gate charge of 7 nC. It is qualified to AEC-Q101 standards for high reliability and is fully RoHS and halogen free compliant.
This MOSFET is designed for surface mount assembly in the compact SOT23-3 package, making it suitable for space-constrained applications. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C, and the device is moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020. The part is packaged in tape and reel with 3000 pieces per reel.
Note: This part is not recommended for new designs. Diodes Incorporated recommends the DMN2056U as a replacement. An automotive-compliant version (DMG2302UQ) is available under a separate datasheet.
