The DMG1016V-7 is a complementary pair enhancement mode MOSFET from Diodes Incorporated, integrating both N-Channel and P-Channel MOSFETs in a single SOT-563 package. This configuration enables efficient switching and signal routing in space-constrained designs.
The device features a maximum drain-source voltage of 20V for both channels. The N-Channel MOSFET can handle up to 870mA continuous drain current at 25°C (630mA at 85°C), while the P-Channel MOSFET can handle up to -640mA ( -460mA at 85°C).
