The DMG1013UWQ-7 is a P-Channel enhancement mode MOSFET from Diodes Incorporated. It features a drain-source voltage rating of 20V and a continuous drain current of 820mA at 25°C ambient. The device offers a low on-resistance of 750mOhm maximum at 430mA drain current and 4.5V gate drive. The gate threshold voltage is 1V maximum at 250µA. It has low input capacitance of 59.76pF at 16V and low gate charge of 0.62nC at 4.5V, enabling fast switching.
This MOSFET is designed for surface mount assembly in a SOT323 package (SC-70 equivalent).
