The DMG1012TQ-7 is an N-Channel enhancement mode MOSFET from Diodes Incorporated. It features a maximum drain-to-source voltage of 20V and a continuous drain current of 630mA at 25°C ambient temperature. The device offers a low on-resistance of 400mOhm maximum at 4.5V gate drive and 600mA drain current, enabling efficient switching in low-power applications.
This MOSFET is designed for fast switching with low input capacitance of 60.67pF and a low gate charge of 0.74nC.
