The DMC6040SSDQ is a complementary pair enhancement mode MOSFET from Diodes Incorporated, combining an N-channel and P-channel MOSFET in a single 8-SOIC package. It is designed for automotive applications and is AEC-Q101 qualified. The device features a drain-source voltage rating of 60V for the N-channel and -60V for the P-channel.
The N-channel MOSFET offers a maximum continuous drain current of 5.1A at 25°C (steady state) and 6.5A for pulses under 10 seconds. The P-channel provides -3.1A continuous and -3.9A pulsed. On-resistance is 40mOhm for the N-channel at VGS=10V and 110mOhm for the P-channel at VGS=-10V. Gate threshold voltage is 3V for N-channel and -3V for P-channel. Input capacitance is 1130pF (N-channel) and 1030pF (P-channel).
This MOSFET is suitable for DC-DC converters, power management functions, and backlighting. It features low input capacitance, low on-resistance, and fast switching speed. The device is totally lead-free, RoHS3 compliant, halogen and antimony free, and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1.
