The DMC6040SSD-13 from Diodes Incorporated is a complementary pair enhancement mode MOSFET integrating an N-channel and a P-channel device in a single SO-8 package. The N-channel MOSFET features a maximum drain-source voltage of 60V and a continuous drain current of 5.1A at 25°C, with an on-resistance of 40mOhm at VGS=10V. The P-channel MOSFET also supports -60V drain-source voltage and -3.1A continuous drain current, with an on-resistance of 110mOhm at VGS=-10V.
