The DMC4029SK4-13 is a complementary N and P-Channel enhancement mode MOSFET array designed to minimize on-state resistance while maintaining superior switching performance. It is ideal for high efficiency power management applications such as DC-DC converters, power management functions, and backlighting.

 

The N-channel MOSFET offers a maximum drain-source voltage of 40V, continuous drain current of 8.3A at TA=+25°C, and low on-resistance of 24mΩ at VGS=10V. The P-channel MOSFET offers -40V drain-source voltage, -6.1A continuous drain current, and 45mΩ on-resistance at VGS=-10V. Gate threshold voltage is 3V maximum, and gate charge is 19.1nC maximum.

 

The device is housed in a TO252-4 surface mount package (supplier device package TO-252-4L) with matte tin annealed terminals. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 2500 pieces per reel. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C (junction). The MOSFET is RoHS3 compliant, lead-free, and halogen and antimony free.
