The DMC4028SSD-13 is a 40V complementary dual enhancement mode MOSFET from Diodes Incorporated, designed to minimize on-state resistance while maintaining superior switching performance. This device integrates both N-channel and P-channel MOSFETs in a single SO-8 package, making it ideal for high-efficiency power management applications such as motor control, backlighting, and DC-DC converters.
The N-channel MOSFET Q1 has a 40V drain-source breakdown voltage, a maximum continuous drain current of 7.2A at 25°C, and an on-resistance of 28mΩ at VGS=10V (49mΩ at VGS=4.5V). The P-channel MOSFET Q2 provides -40V breakdown, -5.2A drain current, and 50mΩ on-resistance at VGS=-10V (79mΩ at VGS=-4.5V).
Fabricated with a low on-resistance process and fast switching speed, the DMC4028SSD-13 is suitable for power management functions in a variety of systems. The device is housed in a lead-free, RoHS-compliant SO-8 surface mount package with a Green molding compound rated UL 94V-0, moisture sensitivity Level 1 per J-STD-020, and matte tin plated terminals.
