The DMC3061SVTQ-7 is a complementary pair enhancement mode MOSFET from Diodes Incorporated, integrating both N-channel and P-channel devices in a single TSOT-26 package. This new generation MOSFET is designed to minimize on-state resistance while maintaining superior switching performance, making it ideal for high efficiency power management applications.
Key electrical specifications include a drain-source voltage of 30V for the N-channel and -30V for the P-channel. Continuous drain current is rated at 3.4A for the N-channel and 2.7A for the P-channel at 25°C ambient. On-resistance is 60mΩ maximum for the N-channel at Vgs=10V and 95mΩ maximum for the P-channel at Vgs=-10V. The device also features low input capacitance (278pF N-channel, 287pF P-channel) and low gate charge (6.6nC N-channel, 6.8nC P-channel).
The device is housed in a TSOT-26 surface mount package with matte tin annealed over copper leadframe finish. It is RoHS3 compliant, halogen and antimony free (green device), and AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications. Moisture sensitivity level is Level 1 per J-STD-020. The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 150°C.
