The N-channel MOSFET features a maximum drain-source voltage of 30V, continuous drain current of 9.1A at +25°C, and typical on-resistance of 20mΩ at Vgs=10V. The P-channel MOSFET is rated for -30V drain-source voltage, -6A continuous drain current, and 45mΩ on-resistance at Vgs=-10V. Both channels have a logic level gate drive with a maximum gate threshold voltage of 2.1V at 250µA. The device offers low input capacitance (631pF max at Vds=15V) and low gate charge (12.4nC max at Vgs=10V), contributing to fast switching performance.
