The DMC2990UDJ-7 is a complementary pair enhancement mode MOSFET from Diodes Incorporated, integrating an N-Channel and P-Channel in a single ultra-small SOT963 package. The N-Channel MOSFET offers a maximum drain current of 450mA with an on-state resistance as low as 0.99Ω at VGS=4.5V, while the P-Channel provides 310mA with 1.9Ω RDS(on) at VGS=-4.5V. Both devices feature a logic level gate with a maximum threshold voltage of 1V, enabling direct drive from low-voltage logic. The ultra-small package measures 1mm x 1mm with a height of 0.45mm, making it suitable for space-constrained applications. The MOSFETs are ESD protected and feature low input capacitance (27.6pF) and fast switching speed. This device is fully RoHS compliant, halogen and antimony free, and qualified to AEC-Q101 standards for high reliability. Applications include general purpose interfacing switches, power management functions, and analog switches. The part is supplied in tape and reel packaging with a standard quantity of 10,000 pieces.
